Vuka Plastics specialises in plastic manufacture and fabrication of plastic pipes and pipe fittings of various shapes and sizes - and supply to agricultural, mining, industrial and domestic markets in South Africa including, PVC, HDPE and MDPE of all classes, sewer fittings, irrigation and high pressure fittings, rainwater fittings and civil fittings.

Pressure Fittings Class 4 - 20 from 50mm - 500mm
A complete range of bend, tees, reducers, couplings and
adaptors from 50mm - 400mm are manufactured with varied applications below
and underground fittings.
Rain Water Fittings
Vuka Plastics deliver top quality drainage and rain water
fittings. Our product is manufactured according to industry standards with
focus on maintaining our quality and production standards. This emphasis
on excellent product quality has allowed us to compete aggressively with
our competitors and develop niche markets. Rain water fittings include:
Gutter fittings and bends; Rain water outlets; Spreaders and junctions.
Soil and Vent Fittings Includes T junctions, short and radius bend and inspection pipes from 75mm - 160mm used in plumbing. Vents provides for maintenance of neutral air pressure in drains, allowing for flow of sewage and water down the drains and through pipes by gravity. Soil and vent pipes are used in pipe fittings to enhance maintenance of building drainage and venting systems. End products include soil vent bends, reducers, stopends, sockets and junctions.
Underground Fittings
We provide a comprehensive range of fittings for installation and integration of drainage systems including sewer fittings, taper pipes, junctions, radius bends, grease traps, rodding eyes, adaptors, sockets, stop ends, inspection pipes and saddles.
These products have a size range from 110mm - 400mm and characteristically have high corrosion and chemical resistance making them suitable for underground.
We deal with all aspects of fabrication including heat welding, extrusion welding, butt welding, gluing, milling and turning. We are able to work with diverse plastic materials such as PVC, HDPE, MDPE in producing high quality, more durable and competitive end products. We add value by customizing our products to customer design and specifications whilst ensuring compliance with industrial standards and ethics.

Plastic Fabrication
We fabricate all type of PVC Pipe Fittings of high pressure and non pressure pipe fittings from 40mm to 200mm. We are the first to fabricate mega pipe fittings from 250mm to 630mm.We deal with all aspects of fabrication including heat welding, extrusion welding, butt welding, gluing, milling and turning. Butt Welding
Vuka Plastics has borne the distinguished Vuka Butt Welding
and Vuka Botswana. Vuka Butt Welding is specialising in butt welding from
15mm to 630mm in all classes, Tees, Junction, Seamless Bend, Stubs and Flanges.
Butt welding is a resistance plastic welding process in which two facing surfaces are joined together. We offer this specialist service catering mainly for industrial applications with technical expertise of our work teams adding value to process through precision and expertise that only comes with experience.
Quality
Through the dedicated quality minded approach to all production process Vuka has a SABS ISO 9001:2000 compliance certificate. Vuka uses SAPPMA approved pipes and we are qualified installers of pipelines, we are registered member of IFPA to maintain good quality of workmanship. Vuka also obtained the approval Apprentice / Learner training at work place from MERSETA in Thermoplastic Fabrication NQF Level 2.
