1. Imported Servo motor ensures smooth performance and exact orientation. Running speed can be adjusted randomly as pre production requirement. With preform photoelectric sensor, the camping unit will stop automatically while Preform is absent.
2. Color touch screen PLC controller can save multiple technical data for bottle blowing. All parameters can be adjusted on touch screen during production, no need to stop the machine for adjustment.

Douglas Austen is third generation in the plastic industry, following his grandfather and father’s footsteps, Douglas has returned to the industry after 13 years of medical capital equipment sales. Douglas did his apprenticeship as technician in 1995/96 on Chen Hsong (Jet Master and Super Master), Akei-blow moulders, Calken-pipe and profile extrusion, Queens Blow and film line and SK screen and pad printers.
Charlton Schmidt is CE qualified technician trained in Germany and France on capital equipment. Charlton has studied electronics and computer science, after 5 years in the workshop Charlton opted for a sales position and furthered his diploma in sales and marketing. In conjunction with Bob and Douglas Austen they saw opportunity in the plastic machinery industry and started the business AUSCHMIDT PLASTICS cc supplying and servicing the plastic capital equipment market.
Bob Austen is well known in the industry and it has always been a passion of his to have a family concern.
